Susan Van Hooser provides administrative management for the Leaders Ought to Know leadership development program. She manages all of the day-to-day details for the program, assisting clients with scheduling and course materials, and providing a friendly point-of-contact for all questions and concerns.
With more than 25 years’ experience, Susan directs the financial management, marketing, and customer support for Van Hooser Associates, Inc., an internationally recognized professional development organization, consistently achieving double-digit growth.
Susan’s administrative and marketing experience includes new business development, contract negotiations, brand development and implementation, and developing audio, video, web-based and print products, as well as copywriting and publishing responsibilities. Her financial experience includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, inventory, tax preparation, and reporting.
Susan holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Murray State University, where she graduated magna cum laude. She enjoys travel and spending time with her family. She and her husband, Phil, live in Princeton, Kentucky.
